Legend tells of a fearsome wolf who stalks the forest.

Red is well versed in the stories of the beast who preys on unsuspecting travellers and yet she pays them no mind. But then, Red has always been different.

Suddenly whispers of the wolf become more frequent and townspeople are attacked in their homes. It seems this is no ordinary wolf. Rumours run wild and people begin suspecting one another.

But when you don't know who to fear, how can you protect yourself?

Join us for an extra special book club for young adult readers and writers where we will be joined by author Gina Blaxill in person to explore her new twisted version of this much-loved classic tale, retold for young adults. The club will be held on Sunday 31 October, from 4 – 5.30pm at the Emporium and participants must be aged between 11-14 years and each child must be registered to participate. As well as leading us in a workshop there will be an opportunity for a discussion and Q&A with the author.

The cost of the event is £15, and everything needed to participate will be provided in the fee, including refreshments and a copy of All the Better to See You by Gina Blaxill. If you have a favourite pen or notebook, you are welcome to bring them along.

Books are available to collect from the Emporium now, for those who would like to read the book in advance of the session. Alternatively, they can be collected on the day. Don’t forget to bring your book back with you to have it signed by Gina if you collect it prior.

As spaces are limited and booking is essential.
