Personal Bookshop Experience Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and you may not be able to join us as planned. However, every missed appointment is a possible visit to the emporium for another household as appointment times are limited. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur the loss of your £5 deposit as a cancellation fee. We are happy to reschedule appointments where possible, but reserve the right to not reschedule previously rescheduled appointments at our discretion.
