James Patterson Grants

We are thrilled and excited to announce that we are one of 73 book shops to have been given a James Patterson grant! As you may be aware author James Patterson has made a significant donation to enable the promotion of children’s reading in the UK and Ireland earlier this year, http://www.booksellers.org.uk/Campaigns/jamespattersonlovesbookshops. The money has been administered through the Booksellers Association to be given as grants and the first round was announced on 25th September http://www.thebookseller.com/news/patterson-awards-grants-73-indie-bookshops.

What we have bid for is still under wraps, but we’ll be announcing more details as soon as we can.
